Inspired by the best nights we ever had

After working several years in the restaurant industry the time had come.

We wanted to create our favourite restaurant.

We put all our experience, inspiration, madness, knowledge,

passion and energy into an old wooden house in Fredensborg.

In 2013 we made Bon Lío.

he ambience is just as important as the food and beverage.

-so simple, so difficult.

on Lío is inspired by spanish high end gastrobars, modern spanish cuisine and techniques, and we use local norwegian products as much as we can.

nd yes, on a weekend night the music is loud,

you might get too warm and emotional, but you will come back.
