Unidos de Oslo would like to invite you to join for the Oslo Carnival 2019. We would love to celebrate this years carnival with you, and spend the weekend 31st of May to 2rd of June together. We hope you will join us for a weekend with friends, good food, samba, and of course a great carnival parade through the streets of Oslo.

Program Friday, 31st of May
16:00 – 18:00: Registration and preparations
18:00 – 20:00: Food
19:00 – 20:00: Tamborim rehearsing enredo pattern
20:00 – 21:00: Bateria start rehearsing
21:00 – 22:00: Dancers rehearse with the Bateria
22:00 – 23:00: Bateria continues rehearsing
23:00 – 03:30: Party continues

Program Saturday 1nd of June
10:00 – 12:00: Breakfast
12:00 – 15:00: Preparations 
15:00 – 16:00: Warm-up with bateria at Jernbanetorget
16:00 – 18:30: Parade in Karl Johans gate
18:30 – 20:30: Dinner
21:00 – 03:30: Party continues

Program Sunday 2rd of June
12:00 – 14:00: Cleanup
14:00 – 22:00: Churrasco (BBQ) and Pagode.

Participatoin and food is free for all member of the samba school. Membership fee 200,-. 

Accommodation:
For accommodation we have different alternativs with cheap hotels and hostels in Oslo. We are also working on a free alternative. You can get a cheap alternative for at Anker Apartments for 460,- NOK for the weekend in a dorm room.

Transport:
If you arrive Gardermoen airport you can get to Oslo by train that takes about 25 minutes for about 100,- NOK. If you use the express train you will use about 21 minutes, but this is also more expensive (180,- NOK).
