Every Saturday and Sunday morning we open both the barrel and the Naustet sauna and the cold water tubs for you to sweat and chill.
Get rid of all the toxins in your body and get a healthy and relaxing start on the day! The barrel sauna is made of an over hundred years old, 7000 liter, aquavitt barrel and can reach 90 °C. Our sauna in Naustet usually serves as a private sauna, but we’re opening it up for the morning bath and sauna. It can reach up to 90 °C.The cold water tubs are placed right outside the barrel sauna, and there is also one cold and one warm shower available in the same area, as well as two separate changing rooms.
The ticket includes one hour in the barrel or Naustet sauna with access to the cold water tubs. Check-in in Árdna.

We recommend you bringing your own towel, padlock and flip-flops. You can also rent a towel for 50nok and buy a padlock for 50nok if you need to.
