Como parte del Spansk Festival 2018, les presentamos un evento gastronómico solidario que tendrá lugar el próximo 18 de septiembre en Litteraturhuset, Oslo.

Este evento gastronómico está organizado por Spansk Festival, junto con UNICEF, Kafe Oslo y el restaurante Aymara, en el que 3 chefs de Argentina, México y Perú ofrecerán un menú muy completo. Nos reuniremos alrededor de las mesas con comida y bebida abundantes para tener charlas solidarias sobre gastronomía con los chefs latinos. Esta noche improvisaremos comida peruana, mexicana y argentina. ¡Disfruta de los diferentes platos en cantidades generosas con un buen vino de América Latina y España!🍽️🍷🥂🍾👏

Durante la cena, los chefs encargados de crear los diferentes platos les revelarán los detalles de su elaboración y hablarán sobre el origen, las raíces comunes de la cocina latinoamericana y su impacto en la gastronomía mundial. También veremos la fusión de nuestra cultura en Noruega. Probaremos platos como ceviche, taco, asado, patacón. ¡Y mucho más! Le prometemos una copiosa velada junto a Spansk Festival, Kafe Oslo y el restaurante Aymara. Parte de la recaudación de la cena se destinará a UNICEF.

Som en del av den Spanske Festival 2018 i Oslo, arrangeres et unikt solidarisk gastronomisk arrangement 18. september i Oslo på Litteraturhuset.

Dette gastronomiske arrangementet organiseres av den spanske festivalen, sammen med UNICEF, Kafe Oslo og Aymara restaurant, hvor 3 kokker fra Argentina, Mexico og Peru vil tilby en omfattende meny. Vi samles rundt bordene med rikelig mat og drikke til solidariske samtaler om gastronomi med latinske kokker. Denne kvelden improviserer vi rundt Peruansk, Meksikansk og Argentinsk mat. Nyt de forskjellige rettene i sjenerøse mengder med god vin fra Latin-Amerika og Spania!🍽️🍷🥂🍾👏

Kokkene vil snakke om opprinnelsen, de felles røttene til det latinamerikanske kjøkken, og dets innvirkning på verdensgastronomien. Vi ser også en fusionkultur i Norge. Vi nevner Ceviche, taco, asado, patacon. Og mye mer! Sammen med Spansk Festival, Kafe Oslo og restaurant Aymara lover vi en innholdsrik kveld. Overskuddet fra middagen vil gå til UNICEF.

As a part of the 2018 Spansk Festival, a unique solidarity gastronomic event will take place next Sept 18 in Oslo at Litteraturhuset. 

This gastronomic event is organized by Spansk Festival, together with UNICEF, Kafe Oslo and Aymara restaurant, in which 3 chefs from Argentina, Mexico and Peru will offer a comprehensive menu. We will gather around the tables with plenty of food and drinks for solidarity talks about gastronomy with Latin chefs. This evening will we improvise around Peruvian, Mexican and Argentinean food. Enjoy the different dishes in generous amounts with good wine from Latin-America and Spain! 🍽️🍷🥂🍾👏

These chefs will talk about the origin, the common roots of the Latin American cuisine, and its impact on world gastronomy. We will also take a look at the fusion culture in Norway. We mention Ceviche, Taco, Asado, Patacon. And much more! Spansk Festival, Kafe Oslo and the restaurant Aymara promise you a copious evening. The surplus of the dinner will go to UNICEF.
