Community Throwdown!

Get ready for a community day ful of fun and hard work. This is an including competition where everyone can join. We have prepared scaling options for movements that could be a bit advance but there will nothing out of the ordinary CrossFit regime. All teams will perform 3 Events and the best team overall wins, Bonus prize goes to best dressed team ;)
