Under The Bridge-Festival is back again for the third year in a row. Saturday the 25th of August, we invite you to the last party of the summer season. Same location, same wonderful atmosphere, with a wide selection of music, great food and drinks, lovely people and lots of love.
In the iconic city of New York, above the beautiful east river is the location of the Brooklyn bridge. The Bridge itself is no more than a bridge, however, it symbolizes something more and something important. The Bridge combines two different cultures and brings them together. Up in Nydalen Oslo, another bridge is located. Under The Bridge flows Oslo´s own Akerselva. This Bridge also combines two different cultures and that is exactly what we want to do with this event. Everyone is welcome, just be yourself and be nice to others.
We welcome people from all over the world to a beautiful day of love, up in Nydalen, Oslo.

Mim Suleiman (UK)
has been described as Mama Africa of the modern era. Defies categorization. A boundary crossing performer, she reaches deep into her East African heritage to blend traditional Taarab vibes with dub, jazz, soul, funk, House, Techno, Funk and Reggae.
Bendik HK (NO)
is hardly unknown: as a drummer, he has played with a bunch of acclaimed artists in recent years, such as Pantha du Prince, Ivan Ave, Gundelach, Nils Bech, Hanne Hukkelberg
and Charlotte dos Santos. As a solo artist, he draws on house, techno, collage, and ambient. He explores sound continuity and nostalgia on deep bass drums and rhythmic synth chords over
the top.
IFFY ORBIT (NO)
IFFY ORBIT has already become a solid hype in Norway. Last autumn the band released their debut album "Slow Times" with good reviews both nationally and internationally. With their funky beats and groovy sounds, they are ready to hit The Bridge this summer.
KÅRP (SE)
Last fall, KÅRP landed as a Mars Rover in the Swedish music landscape. After a short period of time, they were celebrated as one of the most hyped newcomers on the Swedish music scene. Even though the band has only released three songs they have been compared to acts like Robyn, The Knife, and Grimes. But from our view, their sound is totally unique and we couldn’t be happier that they are performing at Under The Bridge in August.
Tod Louie & Solaris aka Det Gode Selskab(NO). The duo is an Oslo DJ collective, and vinyl only record label born out of the subterranean depths of a new underground. Thriving off the energy of the people on the dance floor, Det Gode Selskab are known for their potent events and vivid sets. Whether they are lurching under bridges, playing host to artists like Sven Väth, Sonja Moonear, Âme, and Isolée or back in the comfort of their Sunday night residency at Jæger, Det Gode Selskab have an innate ability for igniting an incandescent spark on the dance floor, through the music of their peers.
Eldoradio(SE)
When a band come out of nowhere and release a song like "Black & Blue" the expectation are thereafter. A Britpop tune made for a tight, smoky venue with sticky floors from pints. Eldoradio initially had no real guideline or blueprint, they mostly wanted to eliminate their boredom and grey zones. Their collective love for genuine indie-punk has formed the band’s sound since day one.
Eldoradio just released the album "CULT", an album that quickly has climbed the radio charts in Germany, Sweden, and Norway.
Emile The Duke(NO) has for the past years marked himself as one of Oslo's most productive musicians with his synth-inspired and funk-based productions. He has also given us the most Norwegian expression you would imagine, through his alter ego «Aasen». Emile is also known for being a charismatic live performer Norway has to offer.
Sex Judas
It’s the return of the sexual vigilante Sex Judas and his trusted sidekick Ricky. This time in full album mode. Norwegian producer Tore Gjedrem of Ost & Kjex fame, channels his love of comix, bohemia and fascination with human vice, the unspoken, the Red Light districts, the alleys of the mind into his alter ego.
Sex Judas is no bad character but certainly says what its author cannot: “I wanted to create a world where any musical idea is possible, wound together by the world and word of Judas, the ultimate sinner, reborn as a child of Venus.”
