Calisthenics for Couriers with Johanne

Besides working on that cardio everytime we're on a bike, it's equally as important to work on that strength. Johanne will provide you with effective and fun body-weight training, both with your own weight and that of a partner.

Open to everyone, not only couriers.
The sessions will focus on strength building to improve cycling.
Duration: 60-90 min.
