Every Tuesday at Jæger Musikfestklubben presents Den Gyldne Sprekk with resident DJ Herr R. After hosting successful events at the Kniven Bar and Pub, Den Gyldne Sprekk arrives at Jæger to bring a little something different to our weekday programming. For those who like the description of genres, the music can assume any of these categories: hard (with soft D) rock, soft rock, “psychedelic”, experimental or straight rock, funk, jazz, pop and even some disco. With a diverse programming schedule which, will go from Herr R’s DJ mixes in our lounge to a host of live acts in our basement, Den Gyldne Sprekk will bring music with a focus on groovy, percussive, atmospheric and heavy. Den Gyldne Sprekk has been inspired by Pierre Massiera; DJ Harvey’s RA 300 mix; “Old Testament” from British musician Mr. Bassett; and Norwegian composer LC Ludwig. Be prepared for solid bookings, with the focus on the different, an eclectic variety of DJs and some seriously tight golden tights.
