Sauna Session // mindfulness meditation

In our body we have seven energy-centre that are vibrationally connected to everything around us and are like spinning wheels of energy. Each of these chakras also corresponds with the organs of our physical body and they influence our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. When our chakras are balanced and aligned with your inner and outer world, every aspect of our life becomes harmonious.

In this session we're going to balance the third eye chakra.

Christina Nordstjärna
Has worked with breath and relaxation for 20 years. Rn Nurse, acupuncturist, breath-worker, yoga and mindfulness instructor, hypnotherapist. Lived with Masters in India during 10 years. Studying the effect breathwork has on the body since 2012.
