Breathwork and relaxation into a feeling of aliveness and inner strength! Do you ever struggle with letting go of stress and worry? This evening we'll focus on the awareness of the inner freedom and well-being. Together we'll create a warm feeling of relaxation and peace.
Doors 5pm Start 6pm Duration 1 hour The sauna will be open until 10pm
We start with a light but powerful breathing technique and will end with a guided meditation/relaxation combined with music to soften the body and mind into a sense of playfulness and ease. You will learn a practical tool you can use in your everyday life, to reduce stress and feel more relaxed.
Christina Nordstjärna Has worked with breath and relaxation for 20 years. Rn Nurse, acupuncturist, breath-worker, yoga and mindfulness instructor, hypnotherapist. Lived with Masters in India during 10 years. Studying the effect breathwork has on the body since 2012.

Christina Nordstjärna guider oss gjennom pusteteknikker, mindfulness og avspenning til deilig musikk. Dørene åpner kl. 17.00 til skift og mingling, arrangementsstart kl. 18.00.
Vi anbefaler å kle dere i badetøy eller lette og ledige klær ettersom det vil være ca. 60 grader i badstuen under sesjonen. Sesjonen kan avholdes på både engelsk og norsk.
