Have you always been curious about what silkscreen is, and how is it done? Do you have experience from before, but want a quick refresh course?

Then join Blank Space for their quarterly in-depth silkscreen class!

In this 7 week class you will go through all the steps with a competent and passionate teacher to understand the basics of the craft, and begin to experiment with your own work, learn some of the best practices to setup your own studio at home, and troubleshoot common printing problems. You'll also learn about ink and screen differences, making separations, dark room techniques, exposing screens, multiple color prints, CMYK, flokking, monotyping,gradiets, and more. We will also discuss printing on both paper and fabric.

Every Monday night from 18:00 - 21:00 Liz Ramsey (BFA, Billedkunst / Grafikk, Illustrasjon) invites anyone and everyone to come to Blank Space and learn more about this fascinating, and ancient, art form!
