This workshop will examine what differentiates commercial HR people from those who simply do HR.
We will explore the ten traits of great HR professionals providing participants with a practical toolkit they can use against each element to add value in their organisation. Whilst the programme is aimed at HR practitioners it won’t focus on the nuts and bolts of HR but on how HR can make a bigger commercial impact.
