Sunday 7th of October Kinabolle is going to hold a dumpling course at Vippa again.
Dumpling is one of the most traditional cuisine in China. It is still the most popular Chinese New Year’s Eve food. Dumpling can be filled with various options and can be packed in different ways. It can be
cooked, steamed and fried. Chinese eat dumplings when they are fresh-made. They also often freeze dumplings and then warm them when they are in a hurry.
This Sunday staff from Kinabolle will teach you how to make classic pork dumplings from scratch. You will learn how to make the dough, how to pack, how to make filling and how to cook dumplings. You, friends or family can pack and fold your own dumplings together, and then eat together.
